Truntum is the best, when I go to PDG I always stay here, the rooms are big and clean, all the staff are friendly and efficient, the price is affordable, a little input is that the breakfast is not very varied, every time I stay there the menu is the same, but it's delicious hehehe

Hello, I've stayed here twice, and even had the chance to swim. The pool is clean, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. However, when I stayed yesterday, the door handle of room 125 kept making a noise every time I tried to close it. Other than that, it was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was unfriendly or had poor SOPs. Housekeeping opened the door without permission, even though she was in the bathroom. Next time, be mindful of your manners and don't just open other people's rooms.

We paid through Traveloka few days before alot more expensive price than on the day of our arrival in hotel. Despite the high price we paid, we were given a bad and dirty room. The staff at the reception was kindly to offer us another room the next day. The room was a little better but not qualified for a 4 stars hotel in this price segment.
