The hotel staff was unfriendly or had poor SOPs. Housekeeping opened the door without permission, even though she was in the bathroom. Next time, be mindful of your manners and don't just open other people's rooms.

We paid through Traveloka few days before alot more expensive price than on the day of our arrival in hotel. Despite the high price we paid, we were given a bad and dirty room. The staff at the reception was kindly to offer us another room the next day. The room was a little better but not qualified for a 4 stars hotel in this price segment.

The CS at the front of the hotel was very friendly.. Even up to the room, all the services were good.. What's really a shame, I don't know what department the waiter was yesterday, wearing a cream shirt and reprimanding us as guests at the hotel.. Forbidding us from sitting in the lobby waiting room while taking photos next to the wedding stage.. What's wrong with that.. After all, we also paid there to take the room.. With a rather sarcastic tone and expression.. Don't wait here.. If there's a room, just stay in the room.. Is that how it is.. You're not allowed to relax in the lobby while enjoying the beautiful view while taking photos.. During this time staying at a hotel, this is the first time I've received service like this.. But not all of them are unfriendly.. There was only one person who was like that.. Because we happened to be attending our parents' graduation.. But we booked separate rooms.. Oh, it's really a shame..
