The service upon arrival was excellent, friendly, and prompt. Complete prayer equipment was provided in the room, and my room happened to be close to the prayer room. The lobby terrace was comfortable and smoking was allowed, especially for smokers like me. I recommend this hotel for a staycation or extended stay for those who enjoy traveling. It's close to the train station, souvenir shops, food stalls, and Malioboro Street.

The food at the restaurant is pretty standard.
The cutlery needs attention. The glasses still smell because the holders are dirty.
Suggestion: Before serving, the staff should check the cutlery for cleanliness, any fishy or musty odors, etc.
