We booked a family suite room on the 5th floor. The place has amazing views and is very comfy. The capacity room is 4 people with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a toilet inside meanwhile the 2nd bedroom is not. The other benefit is the kitchen has complete equipment and if you plan to have small activity with your family to cook here. It is the best place for you to book this. The balcony has a good view with a city view at night and morning time. The door has a smart door system 🙌. I will definitely come again here with my family or friend for a short escape. This is literally a hidden gem. Thanks, Upscale Suites. Please keep maintaining the cleanliness 😚😚

This is our second experience staying at UpScale, of all the room types provided, the one that has not been tried is the Family room. All room types are okay, the staff are friendly and nice, nothing is troublesome. Because there are many places to eat around the area so it is worth it if you don't use breakfast.
Access by MRT or Busway is close so you can go anywhere with the proximity of public transportation. To Blok M, to Bundaran HI, join Car Free Day on Sunday, basically everything is fun. Hopefully I can return to UpScale for a third stay later. Thanks.

The room is comfortable, clean, and spacious, there is an outdoor terrace, separate kitchen and dining area, the hotel staff is friendly. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant, there is a food stall but the menu variety and taste are a bit lacking, hopefully in the future it will be better. Overall it is comfortable and I will definitely come back to stay here again

During check out, the staff seemed to be looking for faults. There was a small stain from colored hairspray that would definitely come off with rinsing, but they still deducted it from the deposit. It felt a bit excessive."

I ordered the deluxe type. The room is spacious, the view is nice (just ask for the city view), the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The location is very good, close to Benhil MRT. But there is no tea, coffee, etc. in the room, so you have to buy it at the store first. If you request a kettle, you can call the receptionist. Overall, I want to stay here again.
