Could you please replace the visitors' towels because they have big holes in them, and the bathroom floor is too slippery and the shower jet is too big so it's annoying. Thank you. I hope your input is accepted.

Stayed for the second night, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Some of the pillowcases might need to be replaced to make them look cleaner. They don't smell bad, but the colors are starting to fade (they could probably be cleaned more often).
