Stayed for the second night, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Some of the pillowcases might need to be replaced to make them look cleaner. They don't smell bad, but the colors are starting to fade (they could probably be cleaned more often).

I'm fed up with checking in here. I ordered from Traveloka but the receptionist blamed me, she said why didn't she just come straight away. Check in at 10.30 wasn't made. Even though it's impossible for someone to check in at 10.30. Check out at 12. I won't stay here again
