Overall, the service was good. I was quite satisfied and comfortable staying at the hotel. The room was quite clean and large. However, it's a shame the room phone didn't work, and the room wasn't very soundproof.

I often travel to the Cawang area for business, and when I stay there, my first choice is the Vasaka Hotel. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and tidy, and the parking is adequate.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and honestly, it's comfortable and easy to access. But this time, it was a less than pleasant experience. At the beginning of check-in, I was greeted by the receptionist with a bad mood. After that, I ordered food in my room, but it didn't match the menu description. I was a bit disappointed, but everything else was fine, thank you.
