But make sure to register our number plate to the receptionist, yesterday I didn't understand so I paid 76 thousand for parking. Overall the room is comfortable. Thanks.

This is my first time being let down by the Teraskita Hotel. Been here four times. 2 times using my sister's account. The other 2 are using my account. Everything was satisfying until the last time I was given a room like this. The management should be more involved. Check the rooms again. Is there something that is not suitable for use for hotel customers. The sheets have spots. Yellowing pillows. Loose toilet partition. If you want to complain at night because you're tired, that's okay. Really unpleasant experience. That's all. Everything else (service, food, etc.) is all okay! Hopefully when we come here again it will be repaired. Overall, outstanding!

The air conditioner is cold, the facilities in the room are okay. But if you want to borrow cutlery, such as plates and spoons, you can't bring it to the room. Even though I already deposited 200 thousand, so if something goes wrong, there is already a guarantee. Same with the egg stall, ordered an omelette and was told to wait, until 15 minutes it wasn't delivered. Haha yes I've been waiting in front of it.

Ada yang bilang. Resepsionis adalah gambaran dari wajah hotel itu sendiri. Teraskita Hotel salah satunya, resepsionis yang ramah, helpful, dan benar-benar bersahabat. Menjadikan saya memberi nilai tinggi untuk hotel satu ini (terutama Bapak Noel). Kebetulan saya ada kendala check-in kemaren. Beliau dengan sigap membantu hingga selesai. Saya dan kakak saya berterima kasih sebesar besarnya. Kamar yang sangat bersih. Ruangan yang nyaman. Makanan yang enak. Menambah nilai tinggi hotel ini. Besok balik kesini lagi insya Allah.
