The loft type is okay. The room is clean, there is a mini gallon dispenser. There is also a refrigerator. Only the toilet and bathroom are separate and only one mat is provided.

Welcome drink: brew-your-own coffee and tea sachets.
Superior rooms don't offer amenities (not listed on the booking page).
There were cables hanging out of the AC unit, and the AC leaked water, making me almost slip.
TV remote control was broken, taped shut, and it didn't even have a cover.
BREAKFAST: The bok choy dish had two small caterpillars on it, which I didn't want to photograph because I thought it was a waste of time since it was my last bite. However, when I called the staff and showed them the caterpillars, my plate was taken to the kitchen. There was no apology or explanation, so I had to write this review.

The room lacked linens and towels, which were dull and starting to wear out. The AC had a loose cable. The sound of staff putting linens in the linen room/pantry was very annoying.
The Wi-Fi was unavailable.
The hotel's surroundings are long-unused shophouses.
Hotel guests still have to pay for parking.
The only good things were the taste of the breakfast food at the hotel restaurant and the friendliness of the staff upon check-out.
Overall, we were uncomfortable and didn't get enough rest during our stay at this hotel.
