Check-in was 2 hours late, even though I arrived before 2. My kids were so restless and exhausted waiting for check-in, and every time I asked, they said the room was still being prepared. Even though other guests with the same room type had already checked in. Bad experience.

im so so sorry to say, the service is so terrible.
i called the FO, ask about bowl and fork, until 1, myself call 3-4 times, still didnt come up.
wait until 30 minutes ish

The male receptionist at check-in was unfriendly. He asked me to show my voucher for my stay. I offered to charge my phone first, but it was dead and slow, and instead of helping me charge my phone, he only responded when I showed him proof of stay from my tablet. I was then given room 615, but there were no towels in the bathroom. After sleeping, I realized the AC was broken, the temperature was very cold and couldn't be adjusted from the remote. Sorry, I won't be coming to Verse again.

The AC just needs to be fixed so that it's not potentially dangerous and the AC temperature isn't cold enough, otherwise it's okay.

we only stayed for one night here. the staffs are nice. room is good, shower is nice, the water pressure good, and they have hot water. but there's no electric kettle and hair dryer in room. but since this is a transit hotel for us, it's still okay. it's worth the price.

The room was leaking, you have to pay to get out, the staff just stared blankly when guests brought a lot of stuff and didn't take the initiative to help, check out time was 11.30, different from other hotels which were 12.00.

the staff is very friendly to serve. I stayed in the loft room, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was good, the AC was also cold, the water flowed fast. Unfortunately the room had no view, so it felt stuffy and humid.
for breakfast, it was worth the rate. if possible the one who cooked the omelet could be added, waiting until the food was finished didn't get it because there were a lot of queues.

premium location in the middle of the city, only the location is right next to a nightclub, unlucky for me and my family, our car was hit in the hotel parking lot right in front of the hotel. This incident happened because drunk people from the nightclub next to the hotel dispersed early in the morning driving cars and hitting several parked vehicles including my car. The hotel did not apologize at all, I took care of it myself to the police station.
It turns out that the hotel area is indeed a hangout area for motorcycle gangs and nightclubs. Hopefully there will be no more incidents after this.

Tired of a day of activities in Cirebon, when I wanted to check in at Verse Hotel at night, there were a lot of problems.
1. When I wanted to enter the room, the access card couldn't be used. The hotel crew had to help me open the room.
2. The pillows in the room were also dirty as if they hadn't been washed.
3. When I entered the hotel room, the AC was broken and the temperature couldn't be set using the remote. The TV in the room also wouldn't turn on
4. I wanted to contact the hotel receptionist via the hotel phone to ask for help checking the AC, but when I called, they didn't pick up. Finally, I went back down to the lobby to complain about the AC
5. After complaining, the TV had been checked and finally it could turn on.
6. Maintenance came to check the AC, finally the AC temperature could be set using the remote, but the AC still wasn't cold at all. The AC sensor was hanging from the AC cable.
7. I complained again to the receptionist and I asked to meet the hotel manager. After the hotel manager came, we both checked the condition of my room's AC, and it still wasn't cold. The hotel manager also admitted that it wasn't cold. But there was no solution at all, either moving rooms or repairing the AC completely. The excuse was that there were no other rooms. All night the room was hot and I couldn't sleep well.
8. At 02.50 the hotel AC turned off again by itself and couldn't be activated using the remote. Finally I contacted the receptionist to check again. The AC could be turned on, but it only produced normal wind.
