The room's AC was completely dead & finally moved to another room, the AC was on but not that cold, the WiFi was weak, the TV broadcast was intermittent, the KM shower was not strong because the hose was leaking & the car parking was paid because there was no cooperation with the Parking Management.

My room, 734, arrived at 2:10 PM. It turned out the room wasn't ready yet. I booked room 7 because it wasn't ready yet, and if I waited too long, I'd just go out to get food. I arrived at the hotel again at 3:30 PM, and it still wasn't ready. I'd asked for everything on one floor from the start.
So, instead of being prepared quickly, I had to wait even longer.
The room was hot, probably because the sun was shining on the walls, and it was hot even at night.
The AC was actually cold, but the room was just hot, so I didn't feel it.
Room 734 was flooded; the bathroom was higher than the floor, so when I showered, the water flowed out of the bathroom.
I wanted to rest, but it was uncomfortable, and it was hot, and then it was flooded. I was too lazy to complain because I had already complained several times that day.
The other room I booked also had problems.
I don't recommend it.
I've stayed at hotels with similar prices, but the facilities weren't as good as this hotel.

-Upon my return, I wasn't reminded to collect my deposit. To this day, the hotel hasn't contacted me about the outstanding deposit.
-Requested a double bed room, told they were full, but only after complaining about the smell and hot AC was given a double bed room.
-Staff on duty are dishonest.

My experience staying here was less than pleasant, from the start of checking in the receptionist staff was less than humble, when I entered the room the room smelled musty, then there were baby cockroaches on the bed, the wifi connection was also bad, and parking was paid.
