Villa Chocolate

Affordable price, staff, room and cleanliness are ok. Minus the noise because it is on the side of the road and the soundproofing is not good so people in the next room can be heard chatting.

For visitors who are looking for a guest house but like a hotel, I recommend this chocolate villa... why??? because the main thing is cleanliness, this villa is very clean, the room and bathroom are also clean, although the sink is a bit clogged but it's still okay because it's clean. for breakfast we were given fried rice plus an omelette which tasted delicious. Then this villa is also very close to the very good Kampung Daun restaurant which is currently viral because of its natural beauty. if I were to rate this villa 9.5/10

First experience staying here, very satisfying. Clean bathroom, good facilities especially if you get a recreation discount voucher, the room always smells good, cool. Recommend. No regrets. Awesome. 👍

If I go to Lembang, I will definitely stay here again, besides its strategic location. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and smells the best 🥰

The staff is friendly, I'm in the back without AC but the air is already cold so it's not a problem, I got 344 thousand including fried rice for breakfast. The room smells good, the hot water works, the TV works, soap, shampoo, towels are provided

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, tidy, fragrant. Complete amenities, hot water works well. Got a standard room for 225 thousand without AC, but because Lembang is cold so there is no problem without AC, the location is very close to Lembang Zoo. Got a voucher for Lembang Zoo tickets, Dcastelo, Lmbah Dewata, wow Sarae. It's really worth it for that price 👍 thank you Villa Chocolate.

Villa chocolate is very clean and fragrant. The room is neat and spacious too. Looking for food near the direction of the lembang zoo park. Great service, in the morning you can get free breakfast 👍🏻

There was no notification from the employees that the road was in the process of being repaired so it was one way. Finally my car was scratched because the road was narrow.

Ga dapat2 pke ojol soalnya. Dapat disc 20% ke lembang parkzoo

Villanya bagus, kamarnya nyaman, ada water heaternya dan staffnya pun ramah. Harga affordable kok & plusnya bisa dapet disc ke lembang park & zoo🤗🤗

Pelayanan & kebersihan sangat baik hanya ada pengalaman yang membuat saya takut & tidak nyaman, karena baru kali ini saya menginap menemukan anak ular warna hitam di kamar mandi panjang sekitar 25 cuma, saya sendiri bingung masuknya dari mana sedangkan kamar mandi cukup bersih, lubang air tertutup rapat, jendela ventilasi juga rapat, awal saya fikir cacing ada d pinggiran dinding lantai tapi ukurannya nggak wajar kl cacing karena lumayan besar & panjang, saya panggil mas yang melayani tamu untuk cek, ternyata benar begitu di ambil pk sapu & pengki langsung bergerak cepat sekali, lalu masnya masukkan ke dalam plastik, saya jadi ketakutan setiap mau ke kamar mandi, yang kebetulannya lagi. Jam 4 pagi mati lampu, sementara saya sudah gak tahan pengen BAK sekalian persiapan mau sholat, sekali lagi saya agak kecewa karena airpun tidak ada 😥, untung sebelum tidur sempet turunin air mineral dari mobil jadi terpaksa deh. BAK, lumayan lama juga sih mati lampunya sampai jam 6 kurang, begitu di tanyakan ternyata tidak ada genset. Tapi jujur, penginapannya asri. Secara keseluruhan sangat baik, dari pelayanan yang cepat, ramah, kamar & lingkungan juga sangat bersih, sarapannya juga enak. Hanya mungkin pas saya saja yang kurang beruntung saat itu, next insyaallah saya akan kembali menginap lagi villa chocolate. Kl boleh saran, sebaiknya penginapan yang sudah bagus ini sudah d siapkan genset, spy apabila mati lampu para tamu tidak kegelapan. Tks 🙏.

Overall semua baik, cuma pas subuh mati lampu cukup lama dan ga ada genset nya. Kamar bersih, suasana bagus.

Pertama kali nginap di villa chocolatte, kesan awal kamar bersih wangi kamar mandi bersih, cuma kemaren pas banget barang rombongan bapak-bapak dan sangat menggangu banget ngobrol sama ketawa-ketawa sampe jam set 3 pagi, sayang banget ga di tegur sama karyawan karena itu mengganggu kami yang menginap dan istirahat, saran saya untuk ke depannya apabila ada tamu atau rombongan yang berisik mohon di tegur agar tidak menggangu tamu yang lainnya.
