Near Malang station and several universities. The bathroom is clean but bring your own toiletries. The price is very cheap. In the room there is a bedside table, fan and chair. The location is in a residential area and there is no sign that this is an inn so you have to remember the number and characteristics of the building so you don't get confused when you want to go out for a while or as a guide to the driver.

the place is in a residential area that is a bit uphill, not very walkable but quite close to everywhere with that price it is quite worth it but what I think is lacking is the staff who are not fast in responding, the number on traveloka has not been updated, finally I looked for the contact on google map but it was very slow to respond so it was difficult when I wanted to check in besides that because the inn is semi-house, after dawn the plan was to go out in the morning but the guard had not woken up so the gate was still locked huhu it was only opened again around 7 am. overall it's okay
