Incredible, clean bathroom equivalent to 5 star *****, very friendly maids, the capsule is luxurious and comfortable, the location is very strategic in front of Grand Indonesia, go to Jakarta again, I make sure to stay here again

It was a great stay at whiz, this is my third stay here.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very close to the center of Jakarta, GI and Bundaran HI
Just a few suggestions for the maintenance of existing facilities, hopefully they will be improved.

A cheap, comfortable, clean capsule hotel, just a step away from Grand Indonesia. It's really fun to stay here. Although the rooms are capsules, they are separated into male and female areas. The bed is roughly like Doraemon's bed with a mattress size of 120x200.

this is my first time in jakarta and I am very grateful to have found this place. I have a lot of business and files, but forgot to photocopy and the staff on the afternoon shift were very kind to help me photocopy that many files until 2 copies, like all of them are very friendly. thank you bcs make my first so good.

Overall 5 stars, cleanliness, walk distance to everywhere, 24-hour security, not noisy, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi but the hotel needs to have some small place with a table and chairs for guests to just chill with their laptop. But I'm really enjoying staying in Whiz Capsule Thamrin Hotel, amazing experience for backpackers! Definitely I will come back.

The toilet, shower, and sink are very clean.👏👏 The staff (Kak Ahira) are friendly and helpful, including lending me an extension cord socket because my capsule only has a USB plug; Also, helping me order an ojol because my SIM card is still waiting to be used for OTP SMS and downloading applications.
