Located in the heart of Bogor City, hassle-free to go to anywhere from here. You can walk from the hotel to many popular food destinations in Bogor City such as Macaroni Panngang, Kencana and Sempur Park street food bazaar. We had a great staying experience with Whiz Prime Hotel. Room was clean even though the bathroom is quite small, the staffs were nice and the complementary lemon juice tasted perfect.

I just checked in at 8 PM, but the process took a long time and it wasn't clear what I was told to wait for. The staff should be trained to be more responsive so the process doesn't drag on. The room's AC also took a long time to cool down, and noise from outside/above was audible.

Parking is not comfortable.. if you leave something in the car.. the car valet is far from the hotel and you have to wait.. that's the only homework.. the rest is okay...

I had requested a NO SMOKING room on the Traveloka app, but upon check-in, I was still given a smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and I couldn't change the room.
The bathroom shower often suddenly stopped running, even after a few seconds.
The AC wasn't cold enough.
The room key was BROKEN, so it couldn't be locked, only the latch could be used.
The Whizprime mattress is very comfortable.
The food was decent.
