when opening the window horgen what is visible is a zinc roof... can't see anything, the bath water smells and the hot water in the sink doesn't work, the AC in the room is noisy, the floor of the room is dusty and they don't give you hotel slippers... room 412, the mattress and blanket have a few stains... for the price of 500 it doesn't match the facilities

Review Jujur "Menurut Kami"
Kekurangan :
1. Parkiran kurang banyak. Jadinya masuk parkir basement dan itu harus naik tangga kalau mau akses lift ke hotel. Bawa bayi + barang banyak sangat menyulitkan.
2. Petunjuk arah ke lobby tidak informatif. Dari basement ke lobby checkin harus muter-muter. Security bilang di lantai 3. Sampai lantai 3 harus ke lift berbeda untuk balik turun ke G.
3. Bantal hanya 1. Tidak ada guling.
4. Pesannya kasur queen/deluxe tapi dikasihnya twin. Kalau memang tidak ada, harusnya disampaikan di travelokanya.
5. Beberapa area banyak debu. Perlu dibersihkan berkala. Sensitif bagi anak-anak yang punya riwayat paru-paru.

Here, luckily, sometimes you get a good room, sometimes not, because you don't stay here once or twice. I once found a dirty sanitary napkin here and the AC is really noisy, it's a mess.

I've been staying here for almost 3 years - coming every 2-3 months for a 3-4 days stay for business. It's located inside the mall, which makes it so convenient to get food or daily needs. Staff always picks me up at the airport upon arrival, and I always get the same floor for my convenience.
