Really glad to have a staycation in Wyndham, the room was big, even the bathroom was so spacious, and the swimming pool was so big. My kids love it. The breakfast is so varied, and it tastes good, they do have Indonesian famous noodles stall, there. The staff was so friendly, especially Pak Iskandar, who really helped us a lot, during our stay. The cleanliness also got the point, the room was clean and well maintained. The location was near Mall Kokas, only a 5mins walk and voila! Arrived. Thank you Wyndham, we’ll be back for sure.

I came for celebrating my wedding anniversary, and they served a cake as a complimentary (as I wrote in special request) and they put a romantic decoration and it was beyond our expectation. So thank you. The food was delicious. And everything was great. Will come back here again for sure.

The hotel is highly recommended for families. There’s a kids’ pool and a jacuzzi, so the children were really happy playing in the water. There are also kids’ activities near the restaurant, so after breakfast the kids can play too. The room was clean, tidy, and smelled nice (non-smoking). Room service was also good, and all the staff were friendly. We were really happy to have a staycation at this hotel

Fast check in, spacious room, large swimming pool with warm water whirlpool. The kids were happy. Only the price of extra bed and extra breakfast was expensive. We got a smoking room and were given an air purifier which was quite good at eliminating the smell of cigarette smoke.

Wow, it's really great. I often stay at other hotels, but Wyndham is amazing from the initial service when I enter, to the restaurant, to the swimming pool, and all the staff working there are very good and very friendly. Next time, I will definitely come here again

On Google the hotel is 5 stars, but it's not worth it. I booked a room for 3, but the amenities in the room were only for 2 people, such as towels, slippers, drinking water, etc., had to be requested again, and even then had to be called 2x before they arrived. Then my room should have had a bathtub, in reality I was given a room with a shower, after asking, I was given the option of a room on another floor that had not been renovated but faced the cemetery which I actually didn't really mind, but after looking at it I didn't like it, the room did look older, and the carpet had large stains that made it uncomfortable and there was no bidet in the toilet. Finally we were forced to decide to return to a room that didn't have a bathtub. The staff service was also lacking, when I got on the elevator I was with several people and there was also a foreigner, the foreigner's position was a bit far from pressing the button so it was a bit difficult, near the button there was a staff standing (I knew it was staff because of the clothes + hangtag around his neck), the staff just kept quiet and didn't offer help, finally we helped the foreigner. We asked for a plastic bag for dirty clothes, they said there was only a trash bag like in the room, even though the 2 trash bins in the room were not wrapped in plastic.
because the clothes were wet after swimming, it was okay to put them in a trash bag. The room phone was also dead and could not be used. The hot water from the shower around 10 am also did not work, even though it was still working the night before.
Good location near the mall
I didn't try the food so I can't comment.

The staff is very humble and friendly. I got an upgraded room because the non-smoking room is full. Trying to buy in-room meal and the restaurant staff came with a barcode which is super helpful. Can't connect to the Wi-Fi but the signal was okay so not much of a problem. The food was good. The pool is superb. 9/10 will come back.

Suitable for staycation with family, access to the mall is also only ±200m. In my opinion, the breakfast menu is still not varied enough, especially the side dishes for heavy meals with rice, there is only 1 type of chicken and 1 type of fish, hopefully the variants can be added. But overall is good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
