The hotel is perfect. The facilities and the food are awesome, there are so much choices for breakfast, and the staff are very kind and helpful. A lot of transportation options to get there. Lastly, the price is very reasonable. I will stay there again in the future.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but it's next to a mall. There's also a convenience store.
You get a welcome snack of a portion of pempek.
The breakfast is delicious, and the menu is varied.
The staff is friendly and polite.
The room is clean and quite spacious.
Unfortunately, I got a bathroom with a problem with the plumbing, so it smelled bad.

Room availability between the hotel and Traveloka was inconsistent, resulting in guests being downgraded from a queen to a twin room and, oddly, having to pay the difference (although Traveloka would later reimburse them). Check-in and checkout times were excessively long. The swimming pool was also too small for a 5-star hotel.

The first night I stayed here (23/9) so I got 1 free snack voucher, I didn't like the service why? So my mom and dad wanted to order a drink because the free snack didn't get a drink so I called the staff several times "yeah instead of being called, my hand waved" and yeah what made me disappointed (the guy just ignored) why I wasn't happy because it seemed like the guy was looking at my appearance..and I was annoyed so I immediately went out with my mom and dad,, and yeah I know who their names are.
Then the cleanliness of the room was lacking because I stayed for 2 days, on the second day that afternoon, don't just clean the room.
