The hotel is perfect. The facilities and the food are awesome, there are so much choices for breakfast, and the staff are very kind and helpful. A lot of transportation options to get there. Lastly, the price is very reasonable. I will stay there again in the future.

This time, I'm very disappointed with the hotel management. I booked a non-smoking room, but I was given a room with a very strong cigarette smell, and I was forced to buy air freshener. I also asked for connecting rooms because I was staying with children, but I was given rooms opposite. I had no choice because I had already booked for two nights at a hefty price, and I wouldn't get a refund if I canceled. Please immediately improve the service system with Traveloka so that the options available on Traveloka match those available at the hotel. I don't know who to blame.

A hotel with minimal information.. I gave a hotel voucher to my newlywed family with a request to write happy honeymoon. When I called to cross-check the receptionist was busy asking for the voucher number, after being told it was not the phone ended up being disconnected and I didn't get any information at that time. Check-in was very difficult, I gave a screenshot of the voucher and asked for the original then I gave the PDF only to be able to even though the content was the same as the one I ssed with the reason of being afraid of editing because it can be seen in the system, 5 stars how come the system is inferior to other hotels below it. As a result, the request I ordered could not be carried out. I ordered an executive lounge with a considerable price difference, it turned out the lounge was closed only given a few snacks in the room. If from the beginning I called the receptionist had listened to my question first, maybe that wouldn't have happened.

for a price under 1 million, this room is spacious, clean, modern and the lobby is connected to the mall! It's just that the distance to the city is actually quite far... because this is my first time to PLB, so I don't know the location.
