Rate 4/10, because free parking for vehicles per room can only be one. Welcome snack is only given food, not with drink, choking choy. The bed is noisy like it's going to collapse. They say it's a star hotel but the vibe is oyo.

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed at Wyndham and USUALLY I'm always satisfied.. but this time it was a bit annoying.. from swimming I was only given 1 towel.. booking a room with 2 beds but instead I was given 1 bed.. then during breakfast, on the first day the four of us had breakfast (2 adults and 1 child aged 3 years and 1 child aged 5 years) no one asked for additional fees.. but on the second day suddenly the waitress said that a 5 year old child had to pay.. even though yesterday we had breakfast without being asked for a fee.. and when I booked on the application it was also written there that children would not be charged.. because when I booked the room, I wrote 2 adults and 2 children.. but yeah maybe the rules suddenly changed that day 🙃🙃 and what made it even more annoying was that the deposit change was not enough and I was told to let it go hahahaa.. how UNprofessional you are, Sis.. I will always remember MB nyaa.. but because I don't want to be bothered.. so I just went home..
for the rest everything is okay.. God willing I still want to come back here again..

Regarding the room type, based on the voucher we received, your reservation was for the Deluxe Queen Bed type, so the room provided was in accordance with the booking details. For breakfast, we understand the confusion that occurred. It is true that you added 2 children to the booking, but the voucher stated the Breakfast Included: 2 Persons facility. In addition, based on the statement stated on the booking voucher, it also stated that: "Additional fee may apply for children above 4 years old who stay in the same room with adult guests.". Therefore, a 5-year-old child has been charged an additional 50% breakfast fee from the adult price according to hotel regulations. We also regret the error regarding towels when swimming and deposit refunds. This is certainly not a reflection of our service standards. We will follow up on this and use it as an evaluation material so that it does not happen again in the future. Once again, thank you for your review and feedback. the room's AC was problematic when we first checked in, it wasn't cold at all, it was fixed around 18:00, then the TV was hard to operate, because the channel was unstable, and many channels didn't work. the bathroom leaked at the sink, so the water went everywhere and the bathroom became dirty, lastly during breakfast our 6 year old child wasn't allowed to enter if he didn't pay for additional breakfast.
