The room is incredibly spacious and clean, not to mention the deluxe interior itself. Bathroom is also clean and has nice bathub. The water pressure and temp is just right, so I enjoyed my bath time. The only downside is the mold in the corner wall of the room near the curtain, and the outer window is dirty. But it's okay personally because I didn't open the curtain at all (though the view is nice). Location is great, it's located near TP. Overall, it is an enjoyable visit in Wyndham.

The first impression of staying at this hotel is luxurious and elegant, it just seems gloomy maybe because the lights don't turn on at all, when walking down the hall to the room, you feel the smell of damp or stuffy air, the spacious rooms and the supporting room facilities are quite complete and can be used properly, it's just that I found the sheets with lots of holes, and a lot of hair scattered on the bed. For the breakfast menu which is quite delicious and varied, yes, more than that, I am quite happy to stay at this hotel.

Quick check-in and check-out process, big room with good facilities and services which is one of my favourites when I had to staycation. Near tunjungan plaza mall and Wyndham provide the shuttle to take us there with operational hours around 11 am - 7 pm. Good job Wyndham, for sure will back here if I go to surabaya again. Good price with good service 🙂

This was suppose to be a 5 star hotel but there were so many problems, the carpet was not vacuumed, you can see hair and crumbs or something everywhere. The bathroom was not cleaned, the wallpaper almost fell off the wall, there were hairs in the bathtub, the water drainage got stuck and can't even drain the water properly. Too many issues 1/5, not recommended.
