Book a connecting room for the family. Friendly staff, fast check in and check out process. Parking space is sufficient. Unfortunately the linen and towels already look dull. The pillow is already deflated. Apart from that everything was great fun.

Cozy out. Very millennial. According to all requests. Yellow makes it fun! The minus is in the AC, the remote is attached so it's not flexible if you change and need to walk, in front of the toilet too. Also, please add the pillow, bro, huhuhu. Unfortunately, the pillow is literally given 2, other hotels are given 4. Check-in is fast, check-out is fast. Fix it so I'm a stay subscriber.

The sleep pol is comfortable because all the stuff is tired, friendly, the receptionist is agile, the check in and out is fast, that's what I like about all hotels, the check-in process is fast. Satisfied staying at Yello hotel Jemursari

The check in and check out process is fast. Very Instagramable hotel. All employees are very friendly and helpful. Cool room view overlooking the city. Rooms with full facilities. Hopefully can come back to stay there again

The second time I stayed at this hotel for a bistrip in Surabaya. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and responsive staff and restaurant food at affordable prices make me choose this hotel again for my place to stay.

If you stay together, you don't have to take the breakfast package because the menu choices vary from fried rice, uduk rice, warm, chicken porridge, soup, fruit, juice, toast with various choices of jam, and others. The room is clean, there are two towels, one toothbrush, toothpaste, water kettle, drinking water heater, one Nescafe Classic sachet, one tea bag sachet, some sugar and creamer sachets. Drinking water can be taken at the dispenser which is in the hallway. In the bathroom there is a dispenser containing liquid soap. What I like about the room apart from the cheerful interior is that there is a bed facing the window. The wifi is fast and the tv channels are varied. Next to the hotel there is Superindo and walking a little can find many restaurants such as Mie Kober.

A bit disturbed by the sound of the door alarm not closing tightly in the next room. For the shower in the bathroom, please replace or repair it, because the adjustable shower is broken.

Overall the place is good, instagramable, the toilets are clean, the service is friendly, especially if you can get right on the 6th floor, the view is really ok if you see the twinkling city lights at night 😍
