a worrying experience. starting from a broken shower, colored water, burnt iron marks on the carpet, a tilted mattress, a night light right above the head which increases the risk of being hit, ordering food and drinks at a restaurant with instant ingredients, to breakfast that only provides rice and vegetables with floured eggs.

Pelayanan ramah cuma untuk air panasnya tidak ada, hotel bersih dan luas, untuk sarapan pagi menunya juga enak dan banyak macam, WiFi bisa di akses tetapi tidak bisa digunakan lemot.

Kamar mandi agak bau, saluran tv terbatas, itupun juga kalo pas sinyalnya lagi bagus, sarapan jam 08.30 uda habis, menu sarapan 2 macam saja, ada tempat roti tapi rotinya habis tinggal selai sama mentega doang, overpriced banget.

Strategic location in the middle of Kepanjen city, spacious rooms but cleanliness could be improved, at least the impression is that in the lobby there should be no thick dust on the furniture; For rooms, it's better to just replace the blurry bathroom mirror.
