we have to up grade to deluxe room because of the superior're very poor. But we have free dinner and its delicious. Their potatoes is something special. In front of the hotel you'll find amazing photo spot.

just stay for one night with family. overall nice and okay. nice location and view, kindly staff. unfortunately we got no hot shower at villa room.

Considering this is the 5th or 6th time I have stayed at Yoschi's Hotel, they must be doing something right. I have used family room (2 double beds with own bathroom and hot water, drinking water supplied); deluxe room (1 double or 2 single beds, own shower, warm water); standard room (2 double beds, toilet and cold water shower---warm water shower available but shared); economy room (literally just a bed---2 singles or 1 double---shared toilet and shower---hot water shower available near restaurant). I have enjoyed every stay. The food is tasty and staff are friendly and helpful. The decor is a bit old but adds to the antique feel of the place. Beds are comfortable, clean and cosy. I have walked from the crater to the hotel before but would not recommend it...it's very very steep downhill and a real killer on the knees. Wouldn't even dream of trying it the other way though I have met some people who did.

Nice hotel to stay before you go for the sunrise trip to Bromo, if you take Probolinggo route (not Pasuruan, or Malang). Breakfast is included.
