The room was nice and clean. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport every hour. The price is also really affordable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

I really enjoyed staying here even though it was only 8 hours due to a 4am flight. The hotel is clean, the front office staff, receptionists and shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle bus from and to CGK airport, even at 2 in the morning we are delivered for free. I highly recommend for transit and even long staycations to stay here, because next to the hotel there are J Co, KFC, Starbucks and Indomaret, the hotel is also on the roadside❤️

The rooms are new, clean, the reception driver service is all good. For those who transit to the airport, Zest Hotel recommendations. There is another airport hotel shuttle car instead every hour.👌.

The location of the hotel is great. Close and available shuttle to the airport. But for the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms need to be improved again. Because it seems that when I stayed the sheets were not replaced and were still wrinkled.

The air conditioner is not cold when it's daytime in the room, you must be sweating. If it's night okay. It's been reported the condition of the AC but it hasn't changed. 2 days stay is enough. Indonesian food is a bit difficult if you don't go food. The view is pretty good.

The condition of the hotel is dirty and the smell of garbage in front of each room is very piercing, many foreigners staying are very noisy and impolite (some are walking around in their underwear).

First came the door could not be opened with the given key. The operator said that engineering would come later but it didn't come until he had to get angry. Very not recommended service. AC error, tv remote can't. Very disappointing for the experience on January 13th.

Staffnya sangat ramah, hotel bisa nyambung ke mall, ada Indomaret Point nya sehingga mudah kalau beli makanan atau kebutuhan lain, dan yang paling penting kamar mandinya bersih dan cukup besar.

Dekat dengan bandara, pas banget untuk transit. Kamar bersih, staf ramah, ada free shutle ke dan dari bandara. Conecting dengan airport hub, cuman sayang banyak yang tutup gegara pandemi.
