My impression of staying at hotel zoom was very impressive ... With a unique interior waiting room, good service, clean rooms and bathrooms that are designed with fresh colors ... During check-in, the elevator was undergoing maintenance, and it took a very long time.
From check-in until we finished eating at a restaurant near the hotel, it seemed like it was only 5 p.m. Because we had a lot of luggage, it wasn't possible to take the emergency stairs to the 6th floor. My advice is to avoid maintenance during busy times.
However, the hotel staff was friendly, and the breakfast was quite tasty with a wide variety of food.
There are also quite a few restaurants in the area around the hotel, such as Kampung Kecil, Aneka Rasa, 369 Shanghai, and several others.

Cleanliness could be better maintained. The chairs and tables at the breakfast area are so dusty. The room also only provides amenities for one person. 1 towel. 1 slipper.
