Hilton Rome Airport

The air conditioning in our room did not work and it was very hot to sleep. Not ideal for our last night to get a good rest before a long flight the following day especially when travelling with kids

Good location next to airport

It was exactly what we wanted! We trained from Pisa to Rome the afternoon before our return flight to the States. The train was delayed over an hour due to fires near the tracks. The hotel was so easy to get to from the train, it was just a short walk. We were tired, hungry and cranky. The check-in was quick, the room was immaculate & dinner did not disappoint! In the morning it was a short walk to the terminal...it was great! What more could you ask for?!! Thanks Hilton, Colleen Murphy

Great Breakfast selection. Clean rooms, convenient shuttle to airport.

The hotel is ok, but it definitely needs some improvements. The issue is the second floor, where there is a visible mold in the hallway. Considering the price, I expected the hotel to be in better condition. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. If you have an early morning flight, you can easily walk to the airport, which is extremely convenient

Everything about our stay was excellent. You can definitely feel the luxury from the moment you arrive. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The only disappointment was the price of bottled water. Charging €6 for a 0.75 L bottle of water didn’t feel like good customer service, especially when a coffee was around €4 and a freshly squeezed orange juice was €6. Water is a basic necessity, and pricing it the same as fresh juice felt excessive. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return. I hope the hotel considers offering complimentary water or more reasonably priced bottled water for its guests.

Clean rooms close to airport. Food was wonderful

One star, and even that feels generous. Paid over $300 for a single night at the “Hilton” Rome Airport and got the full $80 American roadside motel experience—except the motel would have at least let us shower. Arrived at 11:30 p.m. with my wife and daughter, completely exhausted. Shower was clogged solid. Called reception. A technician barged in while we were half-undressed, poked around for thirty seconds, declared the entire bathroom “perfect,” and left. Next morning the sink was also blocked. So for the privilege of not being able to wash, not being able to sleep properly, and having a stranger inspect us in our underwear, Hilton charged luxury-airport rates. Impressive. Truly a masterclass in how to turn a premium brand into a punchline.

Very clean and comfortable hotel! The walk to the airport was less than 5 minutes! Extremely convenient.

They should have 24 hour food on site to some degree

Large clean quiet room. Not a cheap hotel. The food at the restaurant was not great and the provided breakfast was the worst of our trip. They have a nice gym and pool but the pool requires a swim cap be worn!?!

We stayed in an executive family room. We arrived at 12, with check in due at 2pm. We were told reception staff would check with room service to see if our room was ready. They did this but we sat waiting in reception for 1.5 hours before gaining access to the executive lounge. I appreciate we were early but we would have been happy to dump our cases and go to the bar rather than sitting in reception with our cases. Overall that introduction to the hotel was disappointing. There was also a massive amount of ants in the corridor on the 7th floor outside the lift. Our room was fabulous and we enjoyed the facilities so it is a good location for an early flight out of Rome or late arrival.

Not a Hilton. It’s grim, smells like crap, full of people and the building looks like it hasn’t been maintained in 30 years. And the restaurant is terrible and overpriced.
