Hilton Rome Airport

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we entered. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the jacuzzi. It was 9 PM and we couldn’t find the on switch so I asked a staff member in the fitness room and was told it wouldn’t work because it was too close to the 10PM closing time. This was very disappointing as we were wanting to use it to unwind from the day.

We have stayed in airport hotels much nicer with better amenities. Excpected more from a Hilton.

Perfect for our needs. Caters mostly to Americans - was ok for a place to rest your head but I would have been disappointed if I’d stayed here the entire time. Breakfast had many options but was somewhat of a trough. If you like all you can eat then you’ll be fine. Super convenient for onward flights.

Staff were VERY helpful! and were able to check us in early so we could enjoy an afternoon in Rome before flying home.

Location to the airport was great

Great 1 night stay to close out our vacation. Room was very clean and the food and drinks on site were much better than typical chain hotel food. We added this 1-night stay night here because our flight left early and this worked out perfectly. Very easy walk to airport. Also, this location offers above average accommodations, and it allowed us to drop rental car a day early. Easy walk from rental garage to hotel. I would highly recommend this location anytime you are in Rome for business or need to stay over a night or two. Good value, great service for the money.

Beautiful hotel with a friendly, professional staff. Highly recommend.

The air conditioning was not working very well so we were uncomfortable in the rooms. It was especially distressing because we needed a good night of sleep before an early flight. The staff was kind, but were not able to help us with this issue. I'm sure when the AC is working, its a great hotel Perfect location next to Terminals 1,2,3.

Perfect place if you're getting in late one night and departing early the next day. Easy to get to and from the Rome airport. Room was very well set up for travelers -- plenty of places to drop your bags, pack/unpack/repack, etc. Would have been nice if the water in the room wasn't an additional charge, but so be it. Restaurant staff was very nice, pricing was reasonable, food was OK. It's the only choice, but it was OK. Price we were charged was higher than what was quoted, but not by much, so not worth the hassle to worry about it. Would stay here again.

The restaurant is not capable of handling large crowds. They don’t accept reservations we had to wait for almost an hour to be seated. As there are not any options except the bar with very limited menu. Plus I personally feel room was over priced.

Can’t beat waking up and walking to your terminal for a morning flight.

Le check-in a été rapide, mais l’accueil manquait de chaleur. Lorsque j’ai remis nos trois passeports, on m’a d’abord indiqué qu’il n’y avait aucune réservation, avant de constater qu’elle était bien à mon nom. Une fois la réservation retrouvée, on nous a simplement remis les cartes de chambre et expliqué comment nous rendre à la chambre. Aucune information ne nous a été donnée concernant le déjeuner inclus, pourtant déjà payé; j’ai dû poser des questions pour obtenir les détails. Le personnel au buffet n’était pas particulièrement serviable et semblait assez sérieux. J’ai également remarqué un manque de propreté dans certains espaces communs, notamment les ascenseurs. En revanche, le déjeuner était excellent : grande variété, beaucoup de choix et nourriture de qualité.

There was a sutuation with the Air Conditioning be out when we checked in.The young lady checking us in explained that it was not the hotels fault and that the problems were being worked on. A/C was restored that morning. While checking in at 10:00 pm, waiting in a very warm lobby because of the A/C situation mentionef above, was next in line .A front desk agent appeared to be available when another person staying at the hotel walked to the front desk agent (a young lady there) and pulled out his cell phone and started a conversation about what and where he and the family had gone for dinner. When he turned around and realized that there was a line of people waiting to check in, I think he sincerely felt that he was holding up the check in process and made note of his approach to the desk agent. The front desk agent raised her hand as if to dismiss the line of people and continued with the conversation. She did not check me and the wife in, the agent to the left of her did and she did a great job. I felt a little slighted by what she did. I did take note that the agent did do her job and started to check in other people in line. I'm from the U.S. and African American. Don't know if that had anything to do with anything.

Huge dining room. Great pizza. Good selection at breakfast and an omelet maker. The room was large and clean. We would stay here again.

Place without character. Cold, neutral st best. Hospital-like rooms devoid of any memorable decor. First floor rooms to be avoided, no or no views from meagre windows. Overpriced for value and not as close to or easy to reach from Terminals as advertised. IN summary, a disappointment this being ROMA! PB
