Good location we wanted near the airport - had a nice meal in the local town as we needed to charge our rental. Hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely.

This was a perfect one nighter for our family as we had early morning flight from Malpensa. Close to the airport, yet quiet, clean, very decent breakfast, nice large beds and rooms, bathroom to match. Perfect! Highly recommend!

Nice hotel but far away from Malpensa airport. No hotel shuttle so taxi fares are €40 each way. I paid for the yaxis than I did for the hotel!

The location was what I was looking for - not crowded and close to some nature. It is beautifully nestled in the greens, away from traffic and has great parking. The room and bedding were clean. The beds were not as comfortable as I expected, but not a deal breaker. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Sarah especially was so helpful, responsive and patient. FYI - the keycard controls the lights etc. in the room so make sure they tell you this at check-in. Card not in; then nothing works. I give it a 4 star because our safe did not work and I that was a priority for us and at the time of check out no one came to fix or replace it.

The room was not properly cleaned and felt neglected. There was noticeable dust along the walls, which made the space feel unkempt. To make matters worse, the trash can still had used diapers left behind from a previous guest, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. This experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards.

This hotel is not really near anything. It is about 15 minutes from Malpensa Airport. The on-site restaurant for dinner is nothing special. The food was fine but not fresh homemade. The rooms were nice, but the AC was turned off for winter, so it got quite warm. Overall, it was a very good experience just not great...
