Very nice and clean hotel with very friendly stuff. Delicious breakfast and gas shuttle to and from the airport.

Great canal=front location hotel on the island of Murino. Excellent bar staff and bar location with waterfront terrace. Great King Size modern furnished room, although lighting configuration a little confusing. Vaporetto stop right outside hotel, approx 15 mins into Venice.

Clean nice room a little far from the beaten path but made it a nice quiet place to stay with kids

Big rooms , we stayed in to floor room with two small beds for the Kids , Murano is more relaxed and less expensive than Venice , you can easily take the vaporetto to move around, worth visiting all the glass factories. Breakfast buffet untill 11:00 PM with good variety and friendly staff

I particularly loved the hotel location beyond the warm staff and nice environment. It was easy taking a tour of the monuments around even after midnight.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Centric Murano. Staff was helpful and friendly. The food in the on-site restaurant was excellent and it was in such a nice quiet location, be sure to take advantage of the airport shuttle boat. Convenient, on time and fun.

Great location on Murano...there's a vaporetto station right in front. The breakfast buffet (28 euros if it isn't part of your room rate) is massive. We had a quirky room where the slanted ceiling made it difficult for one person to get out of bed, but otherwise it was fine. My only complaint: they have a fruit-infused container of water just off the lobby. It was frequently empty, with stacks of used glasses and no clean ones. That needs to be monitored and refreshed more frequently. Staff was marvelous. They supplied whatever we asked for and helped arrange a water taxi to the airport. They have a water taxi to the airport (22 euros, I think), but it doesn't start until 8:30am; if your flight is before 11am, you likely will need the public water taxi or a private one. Allow plenty of time; Marco Polo can be a zoo, with some long walks to gates.

Staff was unclear regarding breakfast and very slow to bringing us coffee and coffee cups to the room. We were told they offered us 14$ breakfast per person for the whole weekend and at checkout were told it was actually per day. Additionally after using the coffee machine in the rooms they didn’t bring new cups the next day and we had to ask multiple times for new coffee and clean cups. Very slow on that end. Otherwise the hotel and our stay was very nice! Just a bit frustrating on the staff side but everyone was friendly.

The hotel was nice but in Murano there is nothing , only the glass factory. Too far from everything , the breakfast was nice in a beautiful setting and a reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay; however, we had to get cups of ice from the bar as they did not provide an ice bucket in the room.

Amazing hotel and located on the island of murano. The ferry takes you to main Venice in about 10-15 minutes and they come every 10 minutes so don’t let its location steer you away from this hotel. Loft style rooms were nice as well. I would avoid the breakfast though, it was nothing to rant about. Otherwise an amazing state and they have a free water taxi to the Venice airport.

Excellent friendly staff. Good breakfast. Did not like the over the bath shower. I have arthritis and getting into and then out of the bath to have a shower was difficult, even dangerous. There were no grab rails and the shampoo and conditioner were at the far end of the bath, totally wrong position. Also the bath plug was broken and needed to be replaced. Staff dealt with this very quickly and efficiently and were apologetic. In summary, excellent staff, poor room.

Staff was not good at responding back to messages. Needed a transfer and they never got back
