The location is very scary but you will get used to it, lol. Local people are very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, staff was nice, breakfast buffet was good, just the location :(.

The hotel itself is good and is excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the area is only good due to location - short walk to Garibaldi train station, so convenient for onward journey or short stay.

I have been solo travelling for 11 years, and I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting and one of the worst hotels I have ever been to, and not to mention the staff. Very disturbed by the way the situation was handled by the "manager." Unfortunately, I can't attach images; I have screenshots and evidence. I would say 100% avoid this place unless you want unwanted contact or fingers up in your private parts. You read that correctly: one of the male managers, I don't know his name, will insert his two fingers inside, and he also knows the code number to your room. You will be shocked and scared. The manager called Carly does not care, and she would not even make a phone call to prove that it was her over the phone and not the other guy when I was scared.

It was ok. Ok location. Bathroom door need fixing and toilet seat was broken. Brought it to the attention to the staff on departure. The staff was great about letting us store our luggage while we went in a tour. Breakfast was a nice addition to our stay.

First of all I have problem with the check in. The bathroom was not clean at all. The bed do not have conforter. After paying a night with breakfast included the enploy request more money. Absolutly I dont recomend this hotel. I have been used expedia for 10 years and this is the worst experience that I had.

Staff are friendly, but unfortunately the hotel is abysmal. The lift was something out of the fifties. The sink in the bathroom had an automatic plug which was always in down position so you could not have running water. Reception was only open from 12 o'clock +. So if you wanted anything, tough.

The hotel was good with comfortable bed and was clean. Breakfast was okay. No one on the staff was particularly friendly.
Internet did not work in the rooms (all rooms on the 5th Floor, BTW) -- when I told the desk, I got a "It isn't working. Well, it works down here in the lobby. Just use it here". Over the entire 4 day stay, they made no effort to fix the internet problem in the rooms.
Also, this part of Naples is very dirty -- lots of garbage on the streets. Good for use as a base of operations to visit more pretty places like Sorrento, Amalfi Coast & Pompeii.

The overall rating was okay, however, it should be noted that the location is not the safest area. Unfortunately, not far from the hotel (virtually across the road) we had two incidents. In the space of a minute two attempts where made to take our belongings. I was with my husband and before we knew it the second attempt resulted in myself being grabbed and pushed to the ground. I pulled the muscles in my neck and arms, as well as, bruising the bone on my elbow and as I knocked my head on the ground I ended up with a bump on the head. People did eventually come to see if we were okay and a lovely lady called the police off the side of the road. Dusk was coming so we had to stay the night. As we did not feel safe, we did not stay for the full duration of our visit and we were able to find alternative accommodation in Sorrento.

This hotel is a DIVE! The photos on line are a joke compared to reality. The facility does not look like it has been updated since the 1950s. Missing electric covers, dirty walls, bed was two twins of different sizes shoved together. I would have walked as soon as I saw the room but it was late and everything was booked because of holiday. I slept on top of the sheets because I was worried about bed bugs. The TV was a 12" monitor. This place was worse than gross. I will be asking for my money back because the photos of the room was a deliberate attempt to deceive.
The neighborhood around the hotel is way scary; we locked the door and stayed in

God beliggenhed, pænt værelse, vi var glade for airconditionen.
Morgenmaden var pænt dårlig, den vil jeg ikke anbefale, at man tilkøber, der lå varer der var udløbet med op til et år.
Det er heller ikke optimalt, at receptionen ikke var bemandede hver dag.
Et fint lille og billigt hotel tæt på bymidten af Napoli.

Rezeption ist nie besetzt man kann online einchecken. Hierzu das Hotel per WhatsApp kontaktieren... das wird einem aber nicht gesagt. Man steht daher erstmal vor verschlossener Tür.
Einrichtung und sauberkeit ok, aber eher Hostel/ Jugendherbers Niveau.
Allein die Lage, nah an der Central Ststion ist gut.

Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig wir waren dort einmal und nie wieder, essen bleibt dort mehrere Tage liegen, Wurst, Kuchen etc.. schon hart. Keine Auswahl zum Frühstücken.
trotz das wir für bezahlt haben, nie wieder dort hingegangen.
Sauberkeit gleich 0. 5 Stock sehr unpraktisch. Fahrstuhl fällt bald auseinander. Dusche läuft über, und man kann sich nicht drehen. Klobürste macht das Klo noch dreckiger. Fenster quietscht. Wasser im Seitenspender mit Wasser einfach aufgefüllt. Personal nie an der Rezeption. Obwohl dort eine Lounge zum sitzen ist, konnte man da nicht rein, mit Schlössern zu geriegelt. Keine Bettdecke oder Bettwäsche bekommen. Nur ein Laken mit denen wir eine Woche lang schlafen mussten. Matratze Flecken. Waschbecken komplett verrostet. Bett quetscht permanent selbst nur beim umdrehen. Ich rate SEHR von diesen Hotel AB.

Gute Lage, nah am Bahnhof Garibaldi und Zentrum, alles zu Fuß erreichbar..
Man muss die Registrierung einen Tag vorher machen und kann dadurch auch nachts anreisen. Das Hotel ist durch WhatsApp gut zu kontaktieren. Haben uns das Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt.
Das Frühstück ist gut, kleines Buffet aber ausreichend.
Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, das Bad naja könnte saniert werden.
Für unseren Kurztrip war das Hotel in Ordnung.
