The best thing here is the wonderful staff. They assist us in almost everything from taking luggage to checking in. Good onsen but outdoor onsen was really small. Breakfast set was wonderful with japanese menus. Room is so so. For me as tourist it was Quite expensive hotel. Hotel location is faraway from city center

Suka banget banget banget! Kalau ke Hakodate pasti akan ke sini lagi. Staff bisa berbahasa Inggris, sangat mengakomodir kebutuhan-kebutuhan, sangat ramah. Tempatnya bersih, sabunnya wangi, dan ada kos-kosan di lantai paling atas. Anak kosannya juga baik-baik, nemenin jalan-jalan pas lagi di Hakodate. Ultra worth it!
