Really great hotel located about 4 to 5 minutes from the train station. The hotel room and the entire property was clean and well maintained. The room was stocked with waters, toothbrushes and toothpastes, little hair brushes and much more. Housekeeping and towel changing was done daily unless you put out the do not disturb sign. There’s a cafe/restaurant located inside the hotel and stores right outside the hotel doors or very close by. Laundry room was extremely small though and machines were always full whenever we tried to go down and do laundry, but there’s a laundromat about a 5 minute walk away. We also had an amazing view of the bay. Would definitely stay again!

Honestly one of the best stays in Japan so far , if you are planning to stay anywhere in Osaka this hotel is very nice and convenient, train station is about a 2-3 min walk , plenty of restaurants right inside the actual hotel building , a 24/7 family mart right outside for any late night snack or beer run, staff was very professional and kind , not to mention a sky buffet with an amazing view ! , just a 10/10 would stay again if I’m ever in Osaka again .

This a pretty good property. It is located in a complex with residential and other shopping properties which makes it very convenient. The highlights of the hotel are the view of Osaka bay from the hotel and the nearby onsen ( you need to pay for it but you get a big discount) . Highly recommend the solinas onsen.

We really enjoyed how well connected the hotel was to where we wanted to go in Osaka during this trip. 15 minutes from Universal Studios Japan, and near to both the Osaka Loop line, making it easy to get to and from the airport, as well as the Chuo line to get to Osaka castle and the aquarium. The rooms were nice (we had a great view of the bay in ours) and the connection to nearby Solinawa Onsen (special prices for hotel guests) was a highlight

The room was nice, except our bed sheets had a blood stain on them, so that was gross. The staff was friendly, but a miscommunication and misunderstanding amongst them led to me and my husband lugging around 3 suitcases to the airport during rush hour. The laundry services were nice at first, but absolutely expect to hang dry your clothes in your room since the dryer essentially doesn’t work on any of the machines (washer & dryer combined into 1 unit). Otherwise, it was a nice hotel with a great view and a short walk to the train station, which makes it easier to explore Osaka.

Spacious and comfortable room! For the most part, it was quite clean but there were some spots in the washroom or near the door that had black (mold?) spots. Aside from that, it was great! But unfortunately a cockroach appeared in my room on my 2nd night; the concierge came in to handle it. I don’t know if it had already been there or if it came in as I opened the door? (I was on the 20th something floor though) Shout out to the concierge though
