Spacious and comfortable room! For the most part, it was quite clean but there were some spots in the washroom or near the door that had black (mold?) spots. Aside from that, it was great! But unfortunately a cockroach appeared in my room on my 2nd night; the concierge came in to handle it. I don’t know if it had already been there or if it came in as I opened the door? (I was on the 20th something floor though) Shout out to the concierge though

The room we had was clean and had great amenities. It was in a fantastic location right outside 2 stations. The views out the windows was the cherry on top of a great trip. I highly recommend.

The room was nice, except our bed sheets had a blood stain on them, so that was gross. The staff was friendly, but a miscommunication and misunderstanding amongst them led to me and my husband lugging around 3 suitcases to the airport during rush hour. The laundry services were nice at first, but absolutely expect to hang dry your clothes in your room since the dryer essentially doesn’t work on any of the machines (washer & dryer combined into 1 unit). Otherwise, it was a nice hotel with a great view and a short walk to the train station, which makes it easier to explore Osaka.

I love the breakfast buffet at Saras. I checked out at 11:15am after having a wonderful breakfast. I loved the free water bottles everyday that was brought to my room. I love the decorations of the lobby and I love the Sky Buffet on the 51st floor. It’s so worth the 5,800 yen for the dinner and dessert buffet.

Tips: The laundry room can use a bit more consideration. It was quite confusing to figure it out and you need to scan your key to get into the facility, the machine requires a passcode, and the dryers may not be as effective as others. I would suggest air dry if not dry clean before needing to hop on a plane! The breakfast is amazing! I highly recommend that :) With an exception of a couple of things, the room appeared clean and I very much would book here again. Osaka is lovely and the hotel is grand with many things to do, which is great if you don’t want to travel much and still enjoy Japan!

Someone had smoked in the toilet of our non smoking room. We got a room change when we informed the reception. The room was child friendly with toys and the beds were low to the ground. Family mart, daiso, grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants were in the plaza.

Fantastic hotel! Great staff! Great service! Great location! We left a couple of items behind and they were able to retrieve the items for us and send to our next hotel. They also sent a photo of the items to us via email. This is by far my favorite hotel!
