The location is fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable for 3 pax. It is not necessary to include breakfast when you book the room as there is a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby. Highly recommended this hotel if you come to Osaka.

I had an amazing experience at Citadines Osaka Namba. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Namba with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the hotel’s stylish design and the quiet, comfortable atmosphere despite being in such a lively area. The facilities, including the gym, laundry area, and lobby lounge, were well-maintained and convenient. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka!

This hotel blew me away and exceeded all my expectations by far! Very clean, very good breakfast buffet, very helpful staff, very central and close to the metro, Dotonbori, restaurants, etc. I continue to rave about the EXTREMELY comfortable pillows— literally the best hotel pillows I have ever experienced. We loved it all so much we extended an extra night. Thanks so much Citadines! Can’t wait to come back here one day.

Hotel is in a great location with nice accommodation. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only complain is the dryer not being powerful enough and competing with other people trying desperately to dry their clothes at midnight. 😅

Excellent location, very central to the Namba area. Only 10-15min to Dotonbori depending on your pace. Very clean and spacious room. As soon as you enter the hotel everyone greets you and tries to be accommodating as possible. Definitely recommend.

There's a common lounge-kitchen area where people can have breakfast, get coffee from the coffee machine, etc. The same grill that's used to toast bread is also used by people to grill steak... which was a bit unhygienic. Doubt I'll be staying here again.

It was great. However, turns out that I picked up a bed bug while I was staying there that hitched a ride home, but the hotel has not responded to my email. Other than that, the food was amazing (highly recommend getting breakfast included), the staff was amazing and the housekeeping maintained the room everyday.

Our family of four stayed here from Tuesday to Friday and had an amazing experience. Everything went incredibly smoothly from check-in to check-out. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is perfect with tons of nearby stores and conveniences. We would definitely stay here again! Also buffet breakfast, definitely worth it.
