The staff was very friendly. The hotel posted very helpful transport options to surrounding areas such as Mt. Fuji. Excellent centralised location in the heart of Tokyo. Highly recommend!

I really love this hotel. Yes, it is small just like other hotels in Japan. However, it's all clean, love the shampoo and body soap (so relaxing), the room is quite spacey to put 2 big luggages (as I stayed here with my husband). The hotel is really near Tarakacho St (direct line from and to Narita/Haneda airport) also close to Ginza line which make it easier for me to explore Shibuya etc. And Family Mart is just downstairs. I hope I can come back next year and stay here again. Thank you!

I stayed 4 nights at the Intergate during my business trip, and I was so impressed with completed amenities as well as thoughtful services they provided to the guests. They provided snacks and tea time in certain hours, coffee specialty, and even a simple dinner (rice bowl with soup) for who are craving at night. This hotel is also very clean, has a good location just next to MTR station, provides iron and the desk (very useful for business traveller), helpful staff, and a convenient store on the 1st floor. Highly recommended for families and business traveller.

The location of the hotel is close to Ginza, and there is a Ginza line subway station in front of the hotel. The distance from Tokyo station to the hotel is about 12 minutes walk. The rooms at this hotel are also OK and comfortable. Right under the hotel, there is a convenience store. Overall, my family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel during our holiday in Tokyo.

Amazing hotel at a fantastic location. Direct subway from Haneda airport and 10 mins walk from Tokyo station with direct bus to Narita. 5 mins away from all shops in Ginza. Highly recommend.

Great stay. Great location near Tokyo station. Five minute walk. Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with good variety. Staff would make fresh coffee if you just wanted coffee. Nice amenities in room. Room was decent size and beds were comfortable. Family Mart in building was convenient. Was close enough to things yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

We stayed twice the hotel during our trip, when we arrived and when we left, very convenient for the airport with a direct metro within 4 minutes walk. We changed to twin corner room to get a bigger room as teh double was just too small. Breakfast on our first stay was excellent and a nice area to have it in, strangely it wasnt as good on our return. The happy hour was a really nice touch but not many people took advantage of it. The hotel is very convenient for main railway station also Gion and easily accessible for metro etc and local restaurants. Staff were helpful and conversing was not a problem.

Air conditioning was awesome during a hot time in Tokyo. Cleaning staff was great and kept my room clean during my 2 week stay. Front desk staff was helpful and pointed me in the direction of a great laundromat. Would 100% stay again, and the proximity to Kyobashi station was sooooo nice.

We had a corner room looking down onto the main street. Very clean and quiet. Booking luggage transport from Tokyo to Kyoto was not as seamless as we would have thought but we were finally successful after 40 minutes. Location was convenient to Tokyo Station.

The mini happy hours throughout the day were a welcoming delight and the food for breakfast was not only delicious but allowed for a fantastic local experience. This hotel is in a very convenient area with access to almost anything. A few minute walk from the subway station. I booked the comer twins room and there was enough space to take a breather and for packing. The double bed room was much smaller.
