We stayed 5 nights @ Minn Ueno. Very close to train stations with Family Mart close by. The apartment is quite spacious for family of 4. Very helpful receptionist. We will definitely come back in the future.

Lovely stay! Surprisingly large room for Tokyo, and property is very well kept. It is a little far from "center of the city" but it is very close to the subway and so it was still quite easy to get around. Lovely and quite area.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The room was a little dusty but with Lysol wipes, everything was good to go.

Nice location but the place is too small for 6
People. When we booked we did put in for 4 adults and 2 kids and the pictures that were shown was different suite from
What we had. It was overall ok and we like the location just not as comfortable with the number of guest that we had.

footsteps in rooms above were easily heard.
Room also has automatic sensor lights that have the sensor taped over but does also misoperated in middle of night.
Area did not have many dining options very close by.
The rooms were clean and the service from both onsite and offsite were quick and good. Check in was fast.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, perfect for our family of six. Each of us enjoyed our own spacious area, allowing for plenty of privacy and comfort. The accommodations were thoughtfully designed, making it easy for everyone to relax and unwind after our daily adventures.

It is a comfortable stay for the 5 of us (2A 3C). There is a nearby groceries store and a 7 Eleven shop.
The nearest train station are Metro (400 m) and JR line (900 m).
The apartment require complete silent as I was notified by the management there are noise from our room dispite everyone have fallen asleep. When I enquire the management if the noise came from our unit, no feedback on that.
No iron provided in the room.
The building lobby is quite small for the guests to hang out or wait, hence please stay in the room and only get out when everyone in your party is ready to leave the unit and the building.
There are spaces to keep luggage at the lobby with locks but without dedicated room. Nevertheless, it is safe.

I reserved and paid for a three double bed room for my family to stay in for four nights but when we checked in they said they were full and put us in a two bed room. This was not fair and they didn’t refund the money for the smaller room. 👎

We liked it was nearby a metro train line (Iriya train station) and there were convenience stores close by. The apartment also had a small kitchen and its own washing machine/dryer for laundry.

This is self check in hotel without front desk staff. Very confusing and time consuming. The room was clean and roomy. Our room was on the ground floor near the elevator and close to the front entrance. We Keep hearing stumping from up above us. The sensor light from our room keeps going on and off. The location is far from everything. The nice thing about this hotel is very quiet and nice neighborhood. It’s just too far from everything.
