Conveniently located just 1 stop away from Kyoto station on the Karasuma Line and 15-20 mins walking distance to the center of the Kawaramachi shopping district. With a 24-hour supermarket just right beside the hotel, 7-11 opposite and nearby McDonald's and Yoshinoya. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, service was also efficient and quick. The concierge/reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. There's a bathing area at the basement with complimentary refreshments for hotel guests.

For me, it's a perfect hotel: 1. Near the station. 2. Spacious room. 3. Comfortable bed and pillows. 4. Has onsen inside the hotel for rejuvenating ourselves after a long walk everyday. It feels so good. 5. Very friendly hotel price if you compare it with all the facilities. 6. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. 7. Convenient store and fruit store just next door.

Staff was wonderful, entrance and check in was very unique and made me feel special. There was a thick layer of dust and grime on everything just above eye level in my room that overall disparaged my view. Everyone was cordial and the amenities are great.

Amazing stay. Our favorite hotel during our stay in Japan with actual soft beds! Only minor thing was the ac stopped at 20c which sounds cold but didn’t feel it in the room. Buffet breakfast was incredible, staff were the sweetest and the room was perfect

Would use again . Rooms very nice albeit small for big luggage . Eco cleaning daily rather than full clean. Property was lovely and very well situated close to subway station. Gym very good and good access to laundry facilities but machines can’t handle very much . Nice to have lounge area and snacks provided while waiting for laundry .

A beautiful, modern gem in Kyoto! The design is a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary, and the rooms are impressively spacious and clean. Beautiful hotel! The room was lovely, the hotel staff were very helpful, and there were many amenities (snack bar, drinks machine, many laundry machines available). The train station was just a few minutes away and about 15-20 minute walk to Kyoto Station. The area was calm and quiet at night. Also just a few minutes walk away from a convenience store. Would recommend to a friend and would definitely stay here again.

The spa was relaxing and a novel experience. Make sure you read up on Japanese bath customs before you decide to visit it! The staff was courteous and helpful. The Blossom restaurant is worth visiting. The breakfast buffet is delicious, but the dinner is even better. My husband could not stop raving about the phenomenal steak he ate! While in Kyoto, I would definitely stay at the Blossom.

We really loved our stay at the Blossom, it was one of the nicest hotels on our whole trip to Japan. We wish we could have used the public bath but they do not allow people with visible tattoos in it. Overall it was still worth it, as it is conveniently located, just a few train stops away from to main attractions like Nishiki Market, Pontocho Alley, and direct bus to Higashiyama and Gion.
