THE BLOSSOM KYOTO

We recently stayed at The Blossom Kyoto and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was modern, clean, and offered great amenities that made our stay comfortable, especially for families traveling longer in Japan. One of the biggest highlights was the public bath, which was a nice way to relax after long days of walking around Kyoto. The washer and dryer facilities were also extremely convenient and something we really appreciated during our trip. We booked the Quad Room for 3 adults and 1 child and found it spacious enough by Kyoto/Japan standards. The room layout worked well for our family and provided enough comfort for our stay. The hotel itself had a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were polite and professional throughout our stay. Would we stay here again? Maybe, maybe not. While we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel comfortable and convenient, we would probably also explore other hotel options in Kyoto on future visits just to experience different areas and styles of accommodations. Overall, The Blossom Kyoto was a solid and enjoyable stay with great amenities for travelers and families visiting Kyoto.

Great stay

Stayed at the Blossom for five nights. Great location. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed the amenities (onsen, laundry facilities, and coffee/tea available in the basement lounge)

Great access to the train. Nice welcome drink. Staff was polite and welcoming. Bed wasn’t as comfortable but was decent.

Loved the staff and property. The property is beautiful and the location is convenient and the walkable to many areas of interest. Highly recommend The Blossom Kyoto!

The hotel was fine-room was small but clean. Staff was accommodating but not super helpful. The restaurant was ok but very booked up at night-not allowing us to dine there without reservation

It is a lovely hotel with a serene atmosphere. It is walkable to many of the sights of Kyoto.

Breakfast was pretty good, my wife enjoyed it, also the service was great. Clean room and I slept very well.

Needs more variety for breakfast, housekeeping should empty trash bins daily, there is not a single trash bin located in the hotel lobby. The hot springs should be open more hours in the day.

Room was clean and comfortable. Slept great on the comfortable bed each night after a full day of exploring Kyoto and a nightly soak in the onsen.

All around excellent experience. Soaked my shoes through during a rain storm, and they helpfully had a shoe dryer which was a nice surprise.

Beautiful hotel! The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable with plenty of space. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean room. Nicely appointed with modern style. Mattresses were much too soft for my liking and actually slid around the bed. Great water pressure for shower. Complimentary beverages were great. Laundry is available on site but because of the combo washer/dryer design, clothes just didn’t come out dry. Nice exercise room with high end equipment.

Good, clean and comfortable stay; close to a subway station

It's a nice property, very good breakfast. The beds were ok, not super comfortable but ok. The windows don't open and the fan doesn't blow enough air so it can get a little stuffy. Great team always vey helpful. Close to bus and other transit.
