Title: Exceptional Service from Shea – A Truly Memorable Stay
I had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Oriental (Macau) recently, and I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from one of the staff members, Shea. During my stay, I encountered an issue with my ferry booking through an app, and I wasn't able to receive a confirmation email. I was quite stressed, but Shea immediately stepped in to help.
Not only did she assist with sorting out my booking, but she also went above and beyond by accompanying me to the harbour. There, she spoke with the receptionist when they were unwilling to issue a physical ticket, as I couldn’t access my boarding pass. Shea’s dedication and kindness were truly remarkable, and she ensured I could travel without further stress.
Thanks to her efforts, my experience in Macau was made so much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Mandarin Oriental (Macau)—the hospitality here is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly caring. If I ever return to Macau, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

MO Macau is our go-to hotel and we stay there every year. It’s quiet, intimate, and relaxing. It feels distinctively different from any other hotel in Macau. Staff is very friendly and considerate. They even know your name, which shows the depth of their hospitality. We highly recommend the place.

True 5 star hotel and easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the world. (I’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star places).
The rooms are exceptional and spacious.
Very close to the MGM and the bar is great for a late evening night cap.
Highly recommend.
