Luxury Hotels in Wakaf Che Yeh, Kota Bharu

I have to wait long queue for check in. waiting for 3 hours to get the towel after check in.

1. Request was denied by saying that the system is 'automatic' even though I did request otherwise. They should say room was not available instead of blaming system 2. Room was smelly & dirty (bedsheet, blanket, towel) 3. Missing sofa cushion 4.Damaged phone line 5.Insufficient parking area 6.Hot waiting area (aircond was off) I will only come back here for the location & spacious room

The location is very nice, just 1 min to Wakaf che yeh. The room is quite small but never mind it is just nice for us to stay.

The room not clean well. We found hair and also yoghurt in the fridge. Also we wait for hours for water and tooth brush that should be in the room.

All are good except the reception during check in. She made me upset because the way she asked questions was quite rude. How come she asked are you sure you booked this hotel as if I'm stupid book another hotel went to check in at other hotels just because she did not found the slip.

Air conditioning not function properly

The hotel is close to the archway. At the back of 7 Eleven in front of slippers shop. Within walking distance is McDonald's. During weekend the famous shopping outlets closed late around 2 am. Strong WiFi. Strong water pressure.
