I had a pleasant stay at City Central Hotel. The best part about this hotel is definitely the location—very convenient and close to public transport. It made exploring the city so much easier. The best hotel behind NU Sentral with affordable price and excellent service. Have stayed here twice. Next time I go to KL I will stay here again. Friendly staff and Muslim friendly. Close to everywhere

Because check in is too early. Even more crazy, I got a room with a window view of the highway. In front of it is a mall, bus terminal station. Complete to go anywhere. Easy to eat, easy transportation. Good services

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the room is clean. I got room 417 facing Nu Sentral, so the kids were very happy with the beautiful view. The room is also always cleaned, the important thing is to inform them and the drinking water is always refilled every day. Thank you, will stay there again if I have the chance.

experience of staying 2 nights at this hotel..
the staff is very friendly...muslim friendly...suitable for bringing family too
the hotel smells good from entering the hotel to the room...and once you enter the room..wow...the room is really nice🥰
the room size is not too big but there is still space for prayer.
the bathroom is clean...the amenities are complete...there is also hot water
the staff is very friendly and very helpful...so is the room service.
there is also a rooftop with a view of the city and there is a gym...for those who like to exercise while on vacation
it's really cool for sure...9.8 out of 10 in my opinion🫶
will stay here again if I have the fortune to go to KL again...thank you city central hotel🤗

5 Nights stay here, comfortable & clean, H&C water also works, the staff are also friendly.
if you want the room to be cleaned just tell the CS + put the tag on the algae.
close to MRT & Monerel so it's safe to go anywhere.
The food is quite suitable for our taste around the ABC Kendar hotel, the Mayan onion chicken is delicious 🤭
close to a minimarket.
unfortunately I didn't enjoy the gym facilities because I was tired from walking all day.
the staff named Bg Sajad is very kind, willing to help carry suitcases + take pictures.
the important thing is if you want anything at the hotel just tell the staff.
for check in / out is also fast.
next time I will stay here again 👍

My third time staying at City Central Hotel. It was a good experience, the triple room is small without windows. However, the staff are all friendly and helpful, the room is clean, but I hope the hotel can upgrade the towels to be brand new towels. The location is just 100 meters to Kuala Lumpur sentral. The most worth-to-try low-cost budget hotel with a strategic location.
