Staff helpful and peaceful stay

The soft aspects were very good. The facilities included an elevator, a TV, and a shower with warm water. However, perhaps due to the building's age, the electricity on our floor completely went out in the middle of the night, resulting in a blackout. There was no air conditioning, and we couldn't charge our devices, which was very inconvenient. They couldn't restore the power, so they moved us to a room on another floor where the electricity was still on, but it smelled a bit musty and was a local room for Muslims, so it wasn't very practical. Since we only needed a place to sleep, we opened the window and stayed in our original room until morning. There was a kettle, but it was either broken or the electricity was insufficient, so we couldn't use it. There was Wi-Fi, but it was very weak and not very usable. The building's hardware is a bit problematic, but everything else was more than adequate considering the price of the accommodation.

Very convenient to town centre and places of attractions. Nothing fancy about the room. Air-conditioning is very cold.

Staff are friendly, but they said my payment didn't go through although I just paid through this app online. I got all the receipts of payment with me as proof. In the end they let me to check in thank God. What's upset me, its already past midnight (just arrived from kk driving) during my check in they just told me that the elevator is not functioning and our room is at level 4, also the there's problem with the water. Since its already late, my whole family decided just to stay here for the night because of tiredness from a long drive.

The toilet part is bad. There is no pipe/hose for the toilet. Guests need to fill themselves using the shower pipe. The prepared buckets and dippers also climb. The heater in the toilet is turned off earlier in the evening. Just found out there is a timing for the heater too.

Room provided different from photo shown. No heater, no wardrobe, only one socket at the aircon. Bed and cleanliness consider good though.

Trust me, don't book this hotel, horrible hotel, you will regret it! I'm sorry to give it a bad rating, the worst hotel that I've been, I can get a better hotel with this price. Old hotel, worst conditions, lack of maintenance, very bad and old facilities, no wifi, drinking water not provided, TV no function, mold and smelly toilet, lighting spoiled, low flow of shower water with cold water (night), the lift is most scary.

The aircond is not cold, the toilet has no hose or bucket or dipper, please fix it.

Usually I will say i'm satisfied. (I have stay in this hotel very often) But this time my stay was not so bad pleasant because the hotel have no hot water. I guess their boiler is broken. The hotel should notify the customer earlier or maybe offer discount or something to compensate such problem.

Good location. However the hotel was rundown and poorly maintained. A lot of room to improve on cleanliness.😉

If for a backpacker it's ok to stay cheap. But if for family stay better 2 times la, xde cleaner and housekeeping pon clean the room, point out the room for a while, ask for an extra towel to pay RM5, all the money to pay.

Reasonable price but a bit old-fashioned accommodation of her design, the internet line is very damp and the phone line is dull, the room is clean and satisfying.

Comfortable accommodation. Only aircond is not cool.

Value for money, front office staff friendly, willing to assist.

It's OK for budget hotels, for people who don't like noise, close to interesting places.
