Breakfast and dinner at the downstairs restaurant were excellent. Only downside to this place is the noise at night. For the second night we moved to a location away from the rooftop restaurant which is very loud. It was a hassle but worth it for better sleep.

Friendly welcome and room ready very early which was really helpful. Beautiful building and restaurant. Room with two beds was very nice, although wish there was a fridge. Shutters to keep sun out but fiddly so kept them shut. No hot water the 3 days we were there. Breakfast very nice and served 7-11.

The hotel is very centrally located...we could walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel grounds are lovely and the restaurant was delicious. The room was clean, and spacious, but it had nothing in it but the bed, a small desk and 2 nightstands. There was no table or chairs. Had we ordered room service, we would had to eat on the bed. Also, the lighting in the room was quite dim. Perhaps most irritating was the room key card. It only worked some of the time. We'd touch the key pad, the light would flash green, but the door wouldn't open. We'd have to go down to the reception desk repeatedly to have the card reset.

Location close to town center. Room very dated and quite small. Bathroom very small - no exhaust. Furniture felt rickety ! No proper duvet cover - just a sheet under the blanket. Wardrobe was in front of a window and blocked most of the light coming into the room! Air conditioner worked well. Staff friendly. Good Mexican restaurant attached the the hotel. Just about ok for one night. Would not stay again.

On arrival we were given poor instructions how to access the room and where just pointed in the general direction We were on the 4th floor facing the rooftop bar which was noisy so ensure you bring earplugs. Lifts where out of action for the 2 out of the 3 days we were checked in. We had to carry luggage down 4 flights of stairs upon departure. Whilst previous reviews have described breakfast in glowing terms we felt the breakfast was limited ie you either had fruit and yogurt or eggs. Tea or coffee. To add additional items to the breakfast cost 185 pesos upwards. Overall we did not feel as valued guests and would not stay again albeit the hotel is centrally located and has a beautiful dining area

The room was good overall, but there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, we have to open the door and deck door to refresh the air every time when entering the room. Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient for visitors.

Great location. Big rooms and friendly helpful staff. The food is very good in both restaurants. The place gets hoping at nights on the weekend but the rooms at back closer to parking lot are fairly quiet. We left something behind and the staff got it to us in Merida which was a huge relief. They even packed a boxed breakfast for us during at early departure to Chichen Itza for day.

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Clean rooms. Only issue we had was that the toilet in our en suite ( and in other communal rooms around the hotel) wouldn’t flush. It was sorted but repeated to be a problem the two nights we stayed.
