Had 4 nights in beautiful clean twin room. Staff were very helpful. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. Would highly recommend and would return.

The hotel was very modern had big rooms with decent sized bathrooms. The location was an easy 15 walk to the central station. The patio on the water was very nice to enjoy a drink. The only ‘issue’ we had was the elevators were slow. But the was only a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay!! Great location. Beautiful view from our room. Spacious room and felt refreshing to have all that space which is luxury in Europe. Staff was the best part of the hotel. They were kind, happy, and always eager to help. Unfortunately, two days in a row the hotel elevators were not working. The staff tried their best to have the elevators repaired at the earliest. The staff went above and beyond to compensate for this unfortunate event. They were super helpful. To make our stay comfortable they offered free breakfast for that morning. Breakfast was delicious and was a nice spread. We would totally come back to this hotel when we return to Amsterdam. One of the best hotels in Europe!

The hotel was awesome. We had a corner room with floor to ceiling glass on 2 walls on the 8th floor, so we had a great view. The hotel staff was great. The only issue was very slow elevators, but they were having elevator issues and were working on them, so I'm guessing that was a temporary thing. The breakfast was great the first day and not so great the second day. The second day we went later and there were far fewer choices. I'm guessing that was because we were later and things weren't replinished as they were used up. All in all it was a great stay. We left from our hotel to get on a river cruise boat. It was within a short walking distance and I didn't even plan that. The hotel is a little bit away from the City Center, but can be walked easily. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were nice, even though one night at the restaurant we were left waiting over an hour for the food we ordered and when we asked where it was, turns out the kitchen staff had left! So we got no food but they did give us 3 complimentary drinks to use during our stay which was nice of them. Really enjoyed this hotel, highly recommend.
