The staff super helpful. Definately take them up on getting u a taxi. The hotel is on a hill and they will pick up right at the door The plaza del Armas so close. The only negative is there is a restaurant across the street that plays music at night. If you are an easy to bed person bring earplugs Breakfast was good and fresh

The property is charming and the staff was helpful when they were there. If there was no one around the only way to get help was to text someone from a code which I found a little unsettling. I wondered if anyone was actually on the property which I think there always should be and maybe there was but there was no way to tell. No door with a sign anywhere. Anyway, I checked out the night before I left because I had an early morning flight and when I went to get water from the lobby and came back to the room I had been locked out. The system automatically locked the door and the person who checked me out didn't seem to know that would happen. Thank goodness there was a person in the lobby, who didn't work there, who I asked for help and she texted the what's app number for me because I couldn't get into the room to access that code.

Marisol was amazing. She greeted us with tea and was very helpful. The location is perfect for walking to the Plaza de Armas but walking back up can be a little challenging as it is all uphill. The location of the hotel is not easily accessible by cars but they can still get to the front door. We stored our bags here Forrest three days during our trip to Machupicchu. They were awesome. I would stay here again.

With only 7 rooms, the hospitality was fantastic. Very close to the Plaza where there are lots of museums, food and shopping. We stayed in room 7 with the roof top patio and the views were breath taking. We will be back and ask for the same room. We cannot give the hotel a higher recommendation.

The breakfast ordering system was wonderful. The owner and staff were accommodating. We had laundry done in less than a day. The hotel was in a good location and well taken care of. My only recommendation would be pillows that aren't so full, for sleepers with neck problems like myself. Otherwise, no complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

I cannot say enough about this lovely place. It felt historically rustic but also felt like a classy spa because of the details that were in place. The care that went into creating & caring for this place was very evident. Breakfast was delivered to us at our chosen time so we could dine in with the menu items that we had chosen the night before. Very fresh fruit. Good coffee, etc. Everything was very clean. It felt luxurious. Location was perfect! Shopping & restaurants were a short walking distance. Staff was very helpful with arranging transportation from airport & to train station.

It was a great stay. They have a water cooler available in the common area making it easily to fill up waterbottle and kettles. As well as coco leaves and tea to help you acclimate. In the rooms they had an electric kettle, teapot and heater. The beds were comfortable and the showernwas great. The day before you complete a Google form for your what, when and where you would like to have breakfast. They are very punctual and the food was good. It is at the top of a hill on a small road. If you have day trips they cannot pick you up from the hotel due to the small street. I forgot my shoes in the room after I checked out and they held on to them until I got back after our 4day Inca trail trek. The communication was great and very accommodating. Overall a great stay.
