Clean rooms and friendly staff

Too crowded lobby and staff are not enough to take care of the guest’s needs. Their elevators are crowded and always full too.

Did mot have towel when we got to the room till requested

Didn't use the pool but it was a very nice place and the breakfast was great

The room felt there was no air conditioning until I requested it and the door lock was a huge problem! Had to wait for a long while for it to be fixed, spoke with the manager regarding the prob.

We were supposed to have a hot water kettle to make coffee . Around 10:00 I tried to make coffee and after 10 minutes I realized that the plug did not fit so I told the concierge. He said he would send someone up with a converter . After an hour and a half I phoned again to complain. In 10 minutes a converter was brought to our room . What sort of high end hotel does not have converters in every room ? Very disappointing The card system on the elevators not always work . I was not the only person to complain about that The music at the pool area was very loud and therefore I did not go for a swim . Not everyone enjoys loud music . The line up at the restaurant for breakfast was annoying . The food at the buffet was sub par . My eggs were cold every day and there was very little options for westerners . The bacon was inedible due to the taste . I survived on pineapple and watermelon. I ordered room service and the French fries were cold and served with no salt and pepper . It was over all a terrible experience. I would never recommend the hotel especially after the cost of a room . Truly a bad experience. I will tell my travel friends to avoid the hotel .

Had late check in and early check out. Shuttle was not running during those hours

Tambien estaba comentado que tenia transporte al aeropuerto y llame 3 dias antes mande correo y llene un formato, no me dieron el transporte al aeropuerto me dijeron que estaba lleno y que debia reservar con mas tiempo antes

Room was spacious. Bed very comfortable. Shower had good water pressure & temperature. Dinner very good and serving staff Bekah, Yen, Mike & Mizzy were very attentive. Breakfast buffet excellent, but very busy. One complaint: Don’t rely on the airport shuttle. Upon our arrival on 6th March I called the hotel to request the shuttle. It was already full. Took a ‘Grab’ car to the hotel for about $11 CAD. Upon our arrival, tried to book the shuttle for our return to the airport on 7th March; it was full. We are transiting through Manila, upon our return from 8 days in El Nido, on 15th March, again staying at the Kingsford Hotel. On 6th March I tried to book the shuttle for 15th and 16th March, but it was already booked by other guests! Absolutely useless!

Stayed here first night and last night of trip to Philippines. Very friendly staff, great pool and add on the breakfast!

This hotel is an excellent place to stay. I accidentally dropped my wallet after getting out of the taxi, and the staff quickly found and returned it, saving my vacation! The buffet breakfast was very good, and the pool was a lot of fun. The bed was comfortable, and Ayala Malls Manila Bay is nearby, which made shopping and dining very convenient.The hotel restaurant served top-quality dishes, and I recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.

Room is good but the water in the shower takes longer to heat, elevator was crowded
