Very helpful staff even though I was only there for one night they helped me get situated quickly and efficiently. The room was very clean and well laid out. I had a flight the next day and I was able to easily get a ride on the shuttle. I would stay here again.

The lobby to the hotel is very hot and not well air conditioned. There were flies in the lobby and in my room. If you want to check-in early, before 2pm, to get away from the lobby they charge you extra.
There is only one restaurant near the hotel (1 minute walk away), however, this restaurant is hard to find because it's not sign posted; it's in an unmarked building and you have to walk up 6 flights of stairs --- so very hard to find.

We had a terrible smell in the room coming from the base of the toilet due to missing caulk told the front desk the night we got there no offer of switching rooms. Staff was friendly and some that help otherwise.

Helpful and friendly staff BUT the hotel?, sewage fumes coming from the bathroom gave me a headache and sore throat. Seen lots of flies and seen small cockroaches in the bathroom. AC won’t stop dripping since first day of our stay until the AC won’t gave us cold air. Reported this on a first day but they didn’t do anything about this. Stayed in this hotel for 5 days 4 nights and it was a worst hotel stay of our lives.

Staff were friendly. Hotel lobby and hallways look great. Room was not great. Bathroom and general state of the room not great. Not the cleaners fault as they cleaned it. It needs a total Reno. The washrooms felt dirty. Shower not working right.
