It was a perfect 7 night stay in Wroclaw.A excellent location 2 minutes from the main old town square. Our Junior suite was in a quiet part of the hotel on the 6th floor - no noise heard at all. The breakfast was amazing with multiple choices and cut your own freshly baked artisan bread.Our room was serviced every day without us even requesting it. Teas and coffees ,instant and pods , replenished every day. Cleanliness was A1, staff all very polite and respectful.Loved it , 5 stars from us.

Clean room excellent condition but towels were in very bad conditions with holes and bad conditions didn’t understand in such a nice hotel.

The two ladies from the spa who conducted a Thai coconut il massage are amazing, you must take advantage of this, facility whilst staying here, it's around £70 each, well worth it. The rooms are comfortable and clean, unfortunately the business rooms are directly opposite 3night clubs which are open until 6am over the weekend, other than that couldn't fault the stay at all. Not much of a breakfast person so for us it wasn't worth the money, cheap to eat out so no issue.

The room was clean, amenities wonderful and staff friendly. The reason for the lower rating is the room location. We were unfortunately on the city street side and there are clubs right below us (even though we were many floors up). The music was so loud it was very difficult to sleep. The hotel did graciously provide earplugs which made it somewhat bearable, however the street noise was not something we were made aware of, or we would have asked for a quieter room. The music and the bass was so loud you could few it vibrate in your chest and it went very late into the night, perhaps till 4-5am. It did rather ruin our experience, which up to that point was wonderful.

The hotel is in a prime location within walking distance to shops, grocery stores, the Old Town, and train station. We had arrived to the hotel 3 hours before check in time after 17 plus hours of flying with our toddler & without hesitation the staff contacted housekeeping if a room was clean & we were checked in instantly. We are extremely grateful for this & I know some hotels don’t offer this, even if rooms are available.

This was my return stay at this hotel, and once again it didn't change my opinion. The place is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is also a big plus - right next to the main square. Highly recommended.

Jest bardzo czysto. Śniadania są genialne. Minus:Zarówno ja jak parę innych osób nie mogliśmy znaleźć jakiegoś znaku gdzie są windykrazylismy po korytarzu . Zastanawialiśmy się gdzie są schody kiedy nie można było zjechać w dół w porze śniadaniowej. Winda nie zatrzymywała się tylko jechała w dół lub w górę.
