This was a very comfortable and convenient hotel. Very close access to masjid al haram and clock tower. We stayed for three nights and MashaAllah it was a great experience. Even though we were not able to enjoy their breakfast due to timing and we being very tired, in sha Allah next time we will plan for a longer stay and enjoy everything this hotel has to offer.

Upon check-in, there was a slight delay as the rooms we had booked were not available at that moment. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond by upgrading us to a suite while we waited. This thoughtful gesture made a positive first impression, and we really appreciated their warm and welcoming attitude.
The overall experience at Conrad was fantastic. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, and the hotel amenities were top-notch. The elevators were fast and efficient, which made getting around the property a breeze.
The food was another highlight—absolutely delicious! Every meal we had exceeded our expectations, whether it was breakfast or dinner.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Conrad for a comfortable and memorable stay. The service, facilities, and food all contributed to making this a positive experience. Will definitely be coming back!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the reception and room service. The room was comfortable enough, unfortunately the bathroom drainage is not working properly, so there was always water pooling on the floor. Alhamdulillah, the cleaning service staff was accommodating so our complaint was responded to immediately.

My favorite hotel for every Umrah, modern, fragrant, helpful staff, close to Gate 79 of the Grand Mosque, in the same location as the mall so it's not difficult to find food, no queues for the lift

Unforgettable experience, very friendly receptionist, very clean, neat, fragrant, spacious and very comfortable hotel room, with views of the Grand Mosque and the Kaaba. Alhamdulillah, very grateful for the experience of staying at Conrad Makkah. Hopefully you can return to perform the pilgrimage, and stay here again, amen.

Conrad Makkah upholds the Conrad brand's service quality. Although at the first few hours we were given a room that was not really smoking-free, Mr. Hosam, the duty manager, made a generous decision to relocate us to a new room: a one bedroom premier suite with full-view of the Haraam. We were at floor 12th where the top of the Kaabah could be seen. Our original booking was just the standard superior room with 2 queen beds - this room was spacious, enough for a family of 4. The hotel is very close to the Haraam. We rent a car from the concierge to transfer us to Jeddah, the price was higher than regular taxi but we got a really nice and clean car with friendly driver. A very nice hotel, indeed.
