The hostel was very strategically placed, and the sleeping pod was super comfortable! The shared amenities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciate how the hostel allows us to store our luggage before our check-in time. I had an absolutely lovely time here.

Stayed in shared female dorm as solo traveller. Room and pod were clean and cozy. Felt safe. A bit noisy at night since it’s in the middle of the city but they provided earplugs. Bathrooms were generally clean and available to use without waiting time (bring your own bodysoap, shampoos, etc. towel can be rented and they have hairdryer). Wifi works great. Staff were friendly. They also let you store your luggage for free. Recommended.

Most comfortable hostel I've stayed in so far. The pod-like bed felt more private than other hostels I've stayed at. The showers were also more spacious, I could hang my purse etc. in the shower stall with me without it getting wet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is incredible on the Royal Mile. Would stay again if I return to Edinburgh.

Central location! The best location and great social activities. I met so many great friends and future travel partners. Beds are comfy and clean. Shower water feels great! Staff and the whole vibe and free tour walk. Well organized and! Love this place ~ Just the last minute booking prices for weekends are 😬……book ahead.

Our room was a converted holding cell with bars still on the window. It had a toilet and shower and was pretty small, but they did an excellent job with the space, lots of hooks, drawer under the bed, a fair amount of shelves and lots of mirrors to make it feel bigger. Great bed! I also appreciated them putting us on the ground floor since the lift was out and we're in our 70's.

We loved our stay at the Court!! The only issue we had is that the elevator was broken, so we had to haul luggage up 4 flights of stairs. However, staff was helpful in getting luggage to the rooms, and helped us take them down at the end of our stay. Great food, great atmosphere, fun activities for all the travelers staying to get to know each other if they’d like to!

This is a great concept. It's very safe with lots of door codes to get anywhere within the property, and a really nice private personal space for a hostel. Way better than the average hostel.

First off I'd like to Praise the waitress Emily who served me breakfast on the morning of the 30th April, she was lovely & had a lovely smile. Also love to praise Emma who very kindly helped me back in to my locker. Room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful , I was in courtyard room pod 9, I thought pod could do with extra handle as you are reaching over when getting up in to it.. WiFi kept dropping out & kept having to sign back in to it... Apart from that the Cauliflower curry pie was delicious...
