I had stayed for 2D1N and it was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in Singapore. I love to stay at Chinatown area because I only hang out in this area. Very convenient to take MRT, near all shopping malls I love. Love the food court in People's Park Center and love shopping at OG. This is the must-stay hotel in Chinatown area.

Really recommended. Good access to MRT (to airport line, Universal Studio, Marina Bay), food, spacious room, free water refill... Really worth the price, especially when you stay with little kids.

The hotel location is amazing, right in the heart of it all. The first room they put us in was not great damp smell, really poor view. However after asking for a change of room Aiden put us in room 1908 what a change, clean comfortable, and great view definitely made our stay. The lift areas are a little dated and could do with a refresh, breakfast at Tiffany’s was good, and hit the spot every morning especially the omelette station. Easy access for grab and taxis to pick you up. Would definitely stay again thanks to Aiden, and as a location don’t think you could beat it.

The location is great. I'll give them that. But honestly? That's about the only thing that went right. They've switched to cleaning rooms every 3 days, which is fine, but if you're going to do that, at least do it properly. Dirty towels just sitting there, food left outside room doors overnight, the whole corridor smelling like last night's takeaway. And when the cleaners did finally show up, it was around 6pm, right when you're trying to wind down and get dinner sorted. Not ideal. Breakfast was a bit of a mess too. The menu wasn't great to begin with, but the real issue was constantly waiting around for clean plates and mugs because there just weren't enough of them. Not exactly a relaxing start to the day. But the worst part, During a bit of rough weather, our room started leaking. Actually leaking. Water coming in through the window seal. That's not a minor inconvenience that's a maintenance issue that should never happen to a paying guest. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. The location is nice but it's not worth it.

Great 4 day stay, accessible for bus and underground. Room was clean but furnishings outdated and worn. Good pool area and laundry. Breakfast was ample and was open until 10 am which I liked. We booked an executive suite and enjoyed the complimentary drink and nibbles which enabled us to relax and chat with other travellers. Ivy really was a gem and looked after us well. We booked a taxi for early transfer to the airport, excellent service. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for exploring. It's next to an MRT station but you can walk everywhere. The rooms are clean and comfy and mine had a lovely view towards to bay. It was my fourth time there and I'd definitely go back, but take your own conditioner, there was only shampoo!! It's excellent value for what you get

The hotel lobby was great. The receptionist was polite but not super friendly. But then provided a great opportunity based on our situation. The rooms were well equipped, but they need to be upgraded. Paint missing, cracks etc just need a bit of TLC.
