The friendly hotel staff (a sweet lady and her male colleague) at the front desk helped me so much with my navigation around the city as I was new to the city and I never got lost with their help with directions to places. The hotel itself is strategically located where it is near the cultural area where there are many halal middle eartern or asian eateries and in front of it is Sultan Plaza for you to get some stuff. The street where the hotel is located on is not noisy and safe for walking at night with a decent view. It is near the MRT station of Nicol Highway where going to Marina Bay is so easy and quick. Definitely will stay here again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room for a small fee for more convenience. The hotel is strategically located and there are plenty of halal food around.

The hotel is beyond what they reviewed on Google Maps. I don't think that the place is that bad. It provided me a basic clean room, and decent Wi-Fi (the only thing I need). Needless to say that this is the worthiest hotel at its price.

The room is quite spacious and very clean, the check-in process is fast, the location is quite strategic, a savior hotel when I have booked a hotel elsewhere, but it does not meet expectations, finally leaving the hotel and moving here, thank you.

The Hotel service is quite good. Daily clean and linen change. It would be perfect if bidet provided.

I stayed here to join the marathon. I was really happy because the hotel location was very close to the starting area (f1 pit building). So I could walk/jog to warm up to the venue, no need to take the MRT. The staff were also friendly. The size of the bedroom was good, even enough for praying. The bathroom was also spacious, the shower worked well, it could have hot/warm water. However, what was a little lacking was that in some parts there was dust. Like on the mattress, in the AC vents, and on top of the cupboard. Hopefully it can be input so that cleaning is really done on all sides.

The room was so small, the bathroom was also too small. The water after a shower, couldn't run well so it was flooded. It was terrible.

The room is small but not bad for 2 adults + baby. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, the toilets are clean, near places to eat, the MRT is quite far, around 10 minutes walking but in front of the hotel there is a bus station, and the most impressive thing was when I forgot my glasses and realized it had been 2 days since checkout but the items were stored well. Thank You.

If just for sleep over, this place is good. But if for stay long or with kids, hmm I think need to reconsider again. And the aircon cannot be controlled by us, its central aircon.

It 's really worth staying at 81 heritage hotel Kg glam. The hotel is clean and quite spacious compared to the price and is affordable. In Singapore which is mostly difficult to find a cheap hotel. What I am most happy about is the good service of this hotel 's staff who are very friendly and helpful. We are allowed to check in early and they are ready to show us directions and this hotel allows us to keep our bags even after check out. Thank you thank you you. I will stay here again if I'm in Singapore.

Untuk hotel di Singapura harga termasuk kompetitif. Kamar termasuk lega, ada bathtub nya. Di seberang hotel terdekat Rumah makan India muslim abc 24 jam dan halte bus. Dekat ke Masjid Sultan. Sekitar 300 m terdapat mrt nicoll Highway. Kekurangan nya tidak terdapat bidet di closet nya.
